We carry out comprehensive checks, including thorough reference, background, credit and identification checks, to secure quality tenants for your investment.

Tenants can lodge requests online through a TAPI QR code, or online, these jobs are tracked online by our Maintenance manager, and they communicate between tenants, owners and contractors to arrange all maintenance. If anything is urgent, we are always available and have protocols in place for any urgent maintenance required.

Routine inspections are carried out every 13 weeks throughout the tenancy depending on your insurance requirements. Plus detailed entry and exit inspections are carried out for each property at the commencement and ending of a tenancy.

We use statistics along with our local knowledge including assessing the current market conditions, comparable rentals, and property features through a professional Market Appraisal.

Our fees are transparent and outlined upfront, including management, letting, and any applicable service fees.

Tenants pay rent direct to us and this is held securely in our trust account until owner payments which are made twice monthly. Our trust account is audited annually by an independent auditor.

We follow a very strict and clear arrears process involving prompt communication, notices, and compliant action if required.

We provide regular updates and immediate communication for any major issues, decisions, or changes.
